Our goal when you visit our website is that it gives you insight on Japanese culture and cuisine. Let me first explain to you why it's named Fuji Yama's. In Japan, one of the most popular icon is Mount Fuji. "Yama" in Japanese means "Mount or Mountain" and "Fuji" is of course, the name of the mountain, therefore, in Japanese "fujiyama" (which is how you will see it writtened) means Mount Fuji.
If you've ever eatened sushi before, you probably never noticed it, but know a few words when you order sushi. For example, when you order "uni" that means "sea urchin" or "kani" means "crab meat" or "unagi" which is "eel" and so on.
